Meet Jordan Richards
In 2025, I sold my second marketing company for over seven figures. This company specialized in growing local businesses, with the leads we generated producing over $10 million in new revenue for our clients. Along the way, I discovered what it actually takes to turn a service into a scalable, high-margin business — from designing an offer clients gladly pay thousands a month for, to building the sales engine that brought them in.
A big part of that growth came down to people: I learned how to find and hire great employees, then design the training programs that brought them to full proficiency and let the company run without me.
I did all of it while undergoing more than three dozen rounds of chemotherapy and beating cancer — an experience that sharpened my focus on what matters and what doesn't, in business and in life.
Having met hundreds of business owners and studied what separates the ones that thrive from the ones that stall, I now spend my time sharing those hard-won lessons with other business owners.
